At what time breakfast is served?

Our breakfast is served from 07:00 to 11:00.

Do you have a Restaurant in your hotel?

Our hotel has a restaurant called Nishane Restaurant.

A La Carte service is open from 12:00 to 22:00, serving both lunch and dinner.

Kindly note that we do not serve alcohol.

Does the hotel have Wi-Fi?

We provide Wi-Fi internet service to all our guests,

without any additional charges.

How can I get a transportation card?

·     You can buy an “Istanbulkart” from the yellow ticket automats near tram stations. You can also use your credit card directly at the fare gates.

Does the hotel have a swimming pool?

Our hotel does not have a swimming pool.

However, we do have a spa, hammam, and a small gym.

Is alcohol served or sold in the hotel?

We do not sell or serve Alcohol in our property.

Is there a deposit payment during check-in?

A cash or credit card deposit is required during check-in. If you prefer to use your credit card for the deposit, the deposit amount will be held temporarily

(not charged) and will be fully refunded after your stay.

Can I check in early?

As we are usually fully booked, an early check-in requires reserving your room from the night before. Up to 3 hours early: 50% of the daily rate

More than 3 hours early: 100% of the daily rate

Can I check out late?

In order to guarantee a late checkout we would need to reserve your room for the following night. Up to 3 hours late: 50% of the daily rate

More than 3 hours late: 100% of the daily rate

Do you have a dry-cleaning services?

We offer dry-cleaning and pressing services. You can find the laundry list in the closet in your room. All items are returned within two days, so we recommend sending your laundry at least two days in advance.

Do you offer spa and massage services?

Our hammam is open from 07:00 to 22:00,

and massage appointments are available from 11:00 to 19:00.

Is there a gym/fitness center in your hotel?

Yes, our hotel has a small gym available for our guests which is

open between 07:00 and 22:00.

Do you have a restaurant room service?

Yes, our inhouse restaurant Nişhane provides room service between

12:00 and 21:30. You can find the QR code for the menu in your room.

Do you have a valet service or a parking facility?

We do not have a designated parking area or a valet service. However, the surrounding streets are usually free to be used if space is available. Additionally, there are some paid parking options in the vicinity for your convenience.

Do you provide airport transfer service?

Yes, we offer airport transfer services from both Istanbul (IST) and Sabiha Gökçen (SAW) airports. Please provide your departure or pick-up time, the number of passengers, and your luggage count so we can arrange the most suitable option for you. If you book a round-trip transfer, you will receive a discount

on your return journey.

How can I get my invoice?

We will automatically issue an invoice after your check-out,

either in your name or in your company’s name,

and send it to your email address on record.

Do you have any rooms that are accessible for persons with disabilities?

Please note that none of our rooms are fully handicapped accessible. At least some steps are required to access all rooms and most common areas.

We do not have a meeting room; however,

you may use our common terrace as a working area.

Can you arrange a taxi to my destination?



There is a nearby taxi station and we can call a taxi for you anytime.

Do you offer car rental services?

We can organize a rental car with a driver. Please share your destination and duration with our team for further information.

Which is the nearest public transport stop?

The closest public transport stop to our hotel is Sultanahmet Tram Station, from which you can connect to underground metro and bus lines.

Do you have vegetarian or gluten-free

options in your restaurant?

Our restaurant offers vegetarian and gluten-free options. Additionally, our breakfast is served in a buffet style, and we can also prepare

special gluten-free meals upon request.

Do you provide guided tour services?



We can arrange private walking tours with professional guides in various languages. Depending on your language preference, we can provide

the price and check availability.

Can I purchase museum or exhibition

tickets through you?

We can recommend options to purchase online tickets for major attractions, however please be advised that not every site offers this service.

Can you arrange a boat tour?



We can arrange public or private boat tours, including morning, afternoon, or sunset cruises with hotel pick-up and drop-off. Tour prices vary depending on the type of boat and the duration of the tour.

Would you recommend any

local markets or shopping streets?

The Grand Bazaar is the most popular shopping area in Sultanahmet. You can also visit the Spice Bazaar and Mahmutpaşa Street, both filled with local shops.

If you are interested in a specific type of shop, we can recommend nearby options.

Are there any nice walking areas nearby?



You can walk along the seaside, which is only 10 minutes from the hotel.

Can you recommend a hairdresser,

beauty salon, or barber service?

There are several nearby salons available. We can share their locations

and help you make an appointment.

Can you arrange flowers, gifts,

or special surprises?

We can organize flowers, cakes or special arrangements for you. Please let us know the date and your preferences so we can provide options and pricing information.

Where is the safest place to exchange currency?



There are many exchange offices within a 10–15 minute walk to Sultanahmet Square. For slightly safer options with lower fees, we recommend the exchange offices around the Grand Bazaar.

Where is the nearest pharmacy, hospital, or clinic?

Within a 10–15 minute walking distance, there are several pharmacies along the tram route. Additionally, there are pharmacies near Sultanahmet Square.

The nearest hospital takes 15 minutes by car.

What’s the quickest way to get to a bank or ATM?

There are several ATMs and banks in the vicinity of our hotel.

Where can I buy a phone card or SIM card?



Within a 10–15 minute walking distance, you can find official stores of different mobile operators near the Çemberlitaş Tram Station.

Do you offer out-of-town tours? (e.g. Gallipoli, Sapanca, Bursa, Cappadocia tours)

We offer out-of-town tour packages to destinations such as Gallipoli, Sapanca, Bursa, and Cappadocia. Once the date, number of participants and destinations are selected, we can make the necessary arrangements based

on the most up-to-date information.

Considering the traffic, how early should

I leave for the airport?

We recommend that our guests depart at least 4 hours before their flight time.

How close is the hotel to the sea? 



Our hotel is a 10-minute walk from the sea.

Does Mula Hotel have a sea view? 

Our hotel has both sea-view and street-view rooms.

Additionally, our restaurant’s terrace also offers a sea view.

How close is the hotel to major historical attractions?

Our hotel is very close to the Sultanahmet square of the Old City. The Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia Mosque, and Basilica Cistern are all about 10 minutes away on foot. Topkapı Palace is about a 10–15 minute walk, while the Grand Bazaar is approximately 15–20 minutes away. From the Sultanahmet tram stop, the Grand Bazaar is to the left (west) and Topkapı Palace to the right (east). The Spice Bazaar (Egyptian Bazaar) is the farthest attraction, located about 25–30 minutes on foot or a short 10-minute tram ride from the hotel.

How long does it take from the airports

to the hotel by car? (Sabiha and İstanbul)

It takes approximately 1 hour by car from Istanbul Airport and about 1.5 hours from Sabiha Gökçen Airport to reach our hotel. However, please note that the duration may vary depending on the traffic conditions.

Is the hotel located in the

Anatolian or European side of the city?

Our hotel is located on the European side of Istanbul, within the old city Sultanahmet district.

Which currencies are widely usable within İstanbul? Do we need Turkish Liras?

In the Old City area, EUR and USD are generally accepted. However, please note that any change will typically be given in Turkish Lira. Additionally, depending on the situation, it is advisable to have some cash in Turkish Lira.

Do most vendors accept credit cards?

Will we be needing too much cash?  

Most vendors accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards; however, there may be a commission applied when using a credit card. American Express is also available, but not as widely used. You may need at least some amount of cash just in case.
